Assistant Project Manager (Contract/ Part-Time)

SALARY: $25/hour

Job Description:

– Provide basic administrative support to Project Manager and Key Clientele
– Coordinate progress reports from different departments for record keeping and documentation
– Handle and administrate project milestones, progress reports, invoicing other priority customer communication matters

The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
– Administrative support and record keeping on project milestones
– Some basic customer support
– Coordinate with third party contractors where necessary
– Perform administrative work to conform to project requirements, check with customers on deliverables, and deliverable receipts
– Other IT administrative tasks

The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfill the needs of the role:
– At least GCE O Levels
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– 1 years experience in a similar role preferred
– Good organisational and time management skills
– Basic email skill-set
– Basic application knowledge of zoom, skype, webex, and general teleconferencing
– Good to Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
– Professional conduct in person and on video
– Flexible, friendly, and proactive approach
– Good presentation and communication skills
– Team player and have a general interest in IT industry

Other requirements:
– Must be able to work in Singapore on your own merit
– Most work will be done remotely, but there will be mandatory in-office check-ins occasionally during standard work hours, as set by supervisor
– Can be done on project work basis, with minimum 10 hours per month.
– In-person or minimum of voice-call interview MUST be conducted to qualify for this position

1-2 years in administrative role

Contract length: 6 months to permanent

Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Outside of some supervised training, meetings and on-premise work, a good portion of the work is remote. All measures for social and workplace distancing, compulsory mask wearing, workplace check-in, contact tracing, and staggered work are met.

Experience:
– Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
– Project Manager or Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
