Description:

We will be conducting a maintenance exercise to upgrade our client area portal. During this 2 hours maintenance window, all Panel services will be unavailable, including:

– viewing invoices
– ordering/upgrading/cancelling of any service
– viewing and managing tickets
– submitting new ticket through the panel (however, all emails to [email protected] will still work)
– viewing of the knowledge base
– consoling into Simple servelets and Virtual Private Cloud plans THROUGH THE PANEL (however, RDP and SSH access to servelets and Virtual Private Cloud remain UNINTERRUPTED)

ALL SERVICES (cloud servers, dedicated servers, co-location) will remain up and functioning throughout. There will be NO DOWNTIME FOR SERVICES.

During this 2 hours period, all cloud services are expected to run normally as usual. You may submit support requests by sending email to [email protected] as per normal.
