System Administration Ticket Submission

Valid Requests

  • Only tickets from SimplerCloud customers with monthly System Administration service plans will be addressed. All other tickets received from this form without valid SimplerCloud account information will be deleted.
  • Please summarize your request in as much detail as possible in order that we can help you in a timely manner.  A detailed ticket should include: a description of what you are trying to do, full names and versions of relevant software if possible, a summary of what is not working, and a copy of any error messages that are encountered.
  • If the request is related to the web and email accounts of the customers on your server, we will not communicate with your customer.
  • Do not forward tech support requests from your server customers directly us unless they are part of an overall context explaining what the error is related to.
